关于规范XX航线现场操作的若干建议
前些天，应同事要求写了个建议，花了两三小时，没想到被某总助看后直摇头，“写的太复杂，简单点就好”，某科长给浓缩成了两条意见，不说挂一漏万，对策要点实在遗漏太多。我这个建议虽然文采不咋的，却是符合“申论”要求的现象、原因（后果）、对策的典型三段论。还是留在这里做个纪念吧。
X总、X总助：
为公司发展战略需要，9月底周二线运营船舶调整，在X总的关心和支持下，现场配合各部门早做准备，保证了相关工作的顺利过渡。
鉴于外轮操作的特殊性对规范性要求，我司操作上的部分不规范之处暴露无遗，给相关工作带来一定困难。
MV XXX 1003E航次现场操作回顾：
该航次船期正常，靠泊后有个别箱子进港。靠泊时，第一次配载船图仅预计出运总箱量的67%，船方需要初步确认开航状态，现场配载手工输入已进港未报关的本港箱及已报关未进港的中转箱，此举可以通过船方校验，也利于大副和现场配载人员了解该航次后续配载最佳位置；靠泊后，为保证码头装箱作业连续性，不断加载至21:30报关结束，尚余19Units未放关，按与船方约定时间21:45登轮交接最终预配船图和箱量统计(考虑到19Units都是本港查验箱，一般最后都能到位，还是按照总进港箱量227Units)，预配各项操作与船舶状态指标良好。
