一、提单正面内容
目前，各船公司所制定的提单虽然格式不完全相同，但其内容大同小异。现介绍如下：
1．必要记载事项
根据我国《海商法》第七十三条规定，提单正面内容，一般包括下列各项：
（1）货物的品名、标志、包数或者件数、重量或体积，以及运输危险货物时对危险性质的说明：
（Description of the goods， mark， number of packages or piece， weight or quantity，and a statement， if applicable， as to the dangerous nature of the goods）；
（2）承运人的名称和主营业所（Name and principal place of business of the carrier）；
（3）船舶的名称（Name of the ship）；
（4）托运人的名称（Name of the shipper）；
（5）收货人的名称（Name of the consignee）；
